Our program is a list of documented weld procedures, instructions, and specifications that include all items and activities which affect the quality of the end product.
In-Process inspection and their respective documentation is a key element to our successful quality program. Emphasis is placed on in-process controls by utilizing statistics. Capability studies along with statistical quality analysis are achieved through the use of SPC Software. Interpreting the results of control charts, capability studies, and statistics, utilizing MiniTab, has led to continued quality improvements.
The quality assurance requirements of product and components are described in our Quality Manual and Procedures Manual. Complimentary uncontrolled copies of our Quality Manual can be made available for your review upon request.
